At iOWN Websites, we offer a digital service that begins immediately upon payment. Since each website is custom-made using content and instructions provided by you, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds once payment has been successfully made.

No Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the project is considered active and cannot be canceled. Our team begins allocating resources and planning your website instantly to ensure timely delivery.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to iOWN Websites are non-refundable, regardless of the level of completion or customer satisfaction. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Change of mind after payment.
  • Delay in providing content or communication from the customer’s side.
  • Personal dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences.

We encourage you to review all package details and reach out with any questions before making a payment.

Exceptional Situations

In rare, exceptional cases (such as duplicate payment or billing errors), we may issue a refund after review. Please contact us immediately at iownawebsite@gmail.com with your payment details if you believe such an issue has occurred.
