Nature of Delivery

All our services are delivered digitally through:

• A preview/draft link for your review.
• Final delivery via a hosted subdomain, server, or downloadable files (based on your chosen package).

Delivery Timeline

Website development begins only after full payment and receipt of all necessary content (images, logo, text, etc.).

Estimated timelines:

• Initial draft/demo: within 2–7 business days of receiving complete content.
• Final delivery (post-approval): within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

Delays may occur if:

• The provided content is incomplete or unclear.
• There are revisions or changes requested after the initial draft.
• The client is unresponsive.

Communication & Approval

You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your demo is ready. It is your responsibility to:

• Review and provide feedback promptly.
• Approve the design for final publishing.

Once approved, we will make the site live or deliver the final files (based on the service package).

Delivery Completion

The service is considered delivered when:

• The website is made live on your chosen subdomain/server, OR
• The final files are sent via email/cloud link and acknowledged.

After final delivery, any further changes may be treated as maintenance or a separate service.
